Introduction
Constructing Change is committed to fostering innovation, collaboration, and positive transformation in the construction sector, particularly in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, and social value. As we aim to create a more inclusive and diverse workforce, we also focus on community impact, particularly through the engagement of young people, underrepresented groups, and individuals transitioning from care systems.
The initiative promotes the collaboration of industry leaders, stakeholders, and volunteers, working together to drive meaningful change for a better future.
